Barista-

  • Prepare and/or serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso drinks and teas

  • Explain menu items to customers and offer suggestions

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

  • Stock necessary supplies and/or products

  • Clean and sanitize all utensils, equipment and work space

  • High school diploma or basic education equivalent is preferred, but not mandatory

  • Positive attitude and willing to work as part of a team

  • Detail oriented and well organized

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to take direction

  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure

  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)

  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds

  • ServSafe

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the food service industry
